I founded BuildHer Co after nearly 20 years in construction finance on every side of the industry: as an analyst at material suppliers, inside homebuilding operations, and on the lending side financing the deals.
I know what your banker looks for in a WIP schedule. I know why job costing matters before the final draw, not after. I've seen what happens when a contractor's books don't tell the truth about a job, and I built this firm to make sure it never happens to my clients.
